Main technical characteristics

1.The whole production line adopt the PLC system and controlled by computer that can realize random signal analysis and ensure machines work in the best condition.

2.Material storage and discharge device adopts enclosed electric roller belt transmission,so that it can control the storage of the small hopper to prevent the concert liquefied by the effect of vibration ageing technology,and then ensure the product's degree of hardness.

3.Adopts the most advanced material discharging technology.when the material discharge popper above on the mould,the material in the popper will be dropped into mould cavity fatly and the single product can be achieved between the weight of error ±5% and strength ≤ ±15%.

4.Enlarge the effective work surface: the usage of new vibratory technology makes such machine has larger effective work surface and can increase productivity greatly.Compared with the same kind machines in domestic,the productivity of hollow brick will be improve more than 20%.
