Belt conveyor is composed of tractor, bearing carrier, drive device, tension device, redirection activity and supporting elements and other devices. The purpose of belt conveyor is to deliver loose materials or finished products such as sand, coal, iron, clay, food and cement in bags.

         Pressure air generated by air blower enters into air box, goes through the holes on the panel of the air box and stays between the panel and the belt carrying materials. The pressure air makes a great reduction of resistance of the belt and the dragging power and has a good effect on energy saving.

      The belt conveyor produced by our company has the features of large conveying capacity, simplified structure, easy maintenance, standard parts and so on. The machine is also widely used in mining industry, metallurgical industry, coal industry and other industries to deliver loose materials or finished products such as sand, coal, iron, clay and food.

Conveyors are classified by having tractors or not. There are traction conveyor and non-traction conveyor. Belt conveyor, escalator conveyor, embedded scraper conveyor, bucket conveyor, overhead chain conveyor and aerial ropeway conveyor all belong to the former type; and latter type contains roller conveyor, spiral conveyor and vibration conveyor.
