Chemical Formula: Fe2(SO4)3.XH2O, X=(0-9)Appearance: Offwhite amorphous fine powder, easy to dissolve into water.10% (weight) aqueous solution is a light yellowish clear solution.

Usage: Used as a water clarifying agent, mainly used in treatment of potable water and industrial wastewater; High efficient in removing turbidity, oil and fats, in discoloration, in eliminating odor, germ, algae, phosphorus, heavy metallic ions and COD, BOD removing; Used as pigment, medicine, catalyst and mordant agent.Product Characteristics: Comparing with other flocculation agent, FS has the following characteristics: 

1. Iron-based low molecule coagulant with stable property;

2. High valid iron content;

3. More powerful in neutralizing, higher and denser positive charge than Polymer Ferric Sulphate and other compound chemical product;

4. Under the same concentration, the shade of the aqueous solution is lighter than Polymer Ferric Sulphate, and water cannot change to yellow even when overdosage used;

5. Higher effect in flocculation and emulsion-breaking, widely used in potable water treatment.

Uses:Feed grade Ferrous sulfate monohydrate can be used as iron extender in feed. As the key ingredient of hemoglobin, myoglobin and cytochrome, iron plays a important role in making blood, delivering oxygen and biological oxidation in cell. The shortage of iron may causes anaemia, low pressure of blood cell, color fade of feather, or slow growth, white skin and coarse hair of baby pig.
